Question 1:
Can I forward e-mail messages from another e-mail service to my e-mail from Network Solutions?
Answer:
Yes, you can! Simply log into your other e-mail account and set it to forward to your e-mailbox. For further assistance, see the Customer Service Web page. If you are in the U.S. you can also call Customer Service at 1-800-333-7680.
Question 2:
Why can I only forward my e-mail to one address?
Answer:
At this point, our e-mail supports the ability to forward mail to only one external address.
Question 3:
How do I set up mail forwarding?
Answer:
- Click on the Configuration tab in the left column
- Click on the Forward My Mail link
- Enter the e-mail address you want the e-mail forwarded to in the "Forward my messages to:" text box
- To keep copies of forwarded messages, simply click on the checkbox provided
- Click in the Enable checkbox to allow the forwarder to work
- Click on Save to begin forwarding e-mail to another address
You can temporarily disable your forwarding mechanism at any time by deselecting the Enable check box.
Question 4:
How do I set up an auto-reply?
Answer:
- Click on the Configuration link from the left column
- Click on the Automatic Responder link
- Enter the desired subject line and message in the text boxes provided
- To activate the Autoresponder, click the checkbox nexxt to Enable autoresponder
- Click the Save button to save your changes.
Question 5:
What is the Catch-All E-Mail option?
Answer:
A catch-all is an e-mailbox that catches any e-mail that is not specifically addressed to a defined mailbox. The catch-all option is useful for intercepting mail that is improperly addressed, such as misspelled variations of your user name (sles@example.com, as opposed to sales@example.com).
